pk098 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pk098", "we", "us", "our" refers to the pk098 platform, its operating company, and any subsidiaries or affiliates operating under the international gaming licence.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pk098 platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the pk098 website at pk098.org, all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and any other digital product operated by pk098.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the pk098 platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, sportsbook products, live dealer tables, slot titles, instant games, and any other wagering or gaming services made available through the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any balance held in your pk098 Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded by pk098 to a Player, subject to separate promotional terms.
• "Cryptocurrency" means Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (Tether), or any other digital asset accepted by pk098 as a payment method from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under pk098's licensing obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the pk098 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or pk098's internal policies.

By accessing the pk098 Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the pk098 Platform and close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. All communications between pk098 and Players will be conducted in English.

To register and use the pk098 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. pk098 strictly enforces this age limit and will conduct age verification checks as part of its KYC process. Any account found to belong to an under-age individual will be immediately closed and all funds held pending investigation.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be a resident or citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pk098 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of pk098 or any of its affiliated companies.
6. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether imposed by pk098 or any other licensed gaming operator.

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the pk098 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly update this information if any changes occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk098 Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pk098 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your login details.

pk098 reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or in response to suspicious activity. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pk098 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of up to PKR 500 or its cryptocurrency equivalent to dormant accounts, after providing prior written notice to the registered email address.

pk098 accepts deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfers through HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed within your Account dashboard and are subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. pk098 does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned (less applicable transaction fees) and may trigger an account review.

Cryptocurrency Deposits: Crypto deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of blockchain confirmations. pk098 is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion. The PKR equivalent value displayed at time of deposit is for reference only; pk098 processes and holds crypto balances in their native asset.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within sixty (60) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes.

pk098 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method or wallet that differs from that used for the corresponding deposit without additional verification.

pk098 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting free bets. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of opt-in, which form part of these overall Terms.

General bonus conditions that apply across all pk098 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time window. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Casino games contribute at varying rates towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• pk098 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

All wagers placed on the pk098 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sporting event, as published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that specific game or event.

Sportsbook: pk098 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet at reduced odds where it determines that an error has occurred in the pricing of an event, where the relevant sporting event has been cancelled or postponed, or where evidence of match manipulation exists. PSL, international cricket, and other sporting events are covered subject to the applicable event-specific rules published at time of market creation.

Casino & Live Dealer: All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or operate with live human dealers in real time. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

pk098 reserves the right to declare any wager void if it is determined to have been placed in error, placed during a system malfunction, or placed in breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated from a voided wager will not be payable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk098 Platform. Any Player found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, and all funds may be withheld pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access, play, or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void and non-payable.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk098 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any conduct that pk098 determines, at its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or the experience of other players.

pk098 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools that players can use to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Decreases to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations to limit time spent on the Platform in any given period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, during which they will not be able to access their Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break from gambling may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum of six (6) months or permanently. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications will cease. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the agreed period expires.

If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your pk098 Account dashboard, or to seek assistance from a qualified gambling support organisation.

All intellectual property rights in and to the pk098 Platform, including but not limited to the pk098 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and databases, are owned by or licensed to pk098. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any pk098 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from pk098.

pk098 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pk098 Privacy Policy.

pk098 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by the conditions of our international gaming licence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk098 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity.

pk098's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk098 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Planned and unplanned maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services.

pk098 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, account inactivity, regulatory requirements, or at pk098's sole discretion where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, any balance in the Account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. If no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within thirty (30) business days.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting pk098 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, provided all pending wagers have been settled and no active bonus is under review.

pk098 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or by the conditions of our gaming licence.

Continued use of the pk098 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk098 holds its international gaming licence. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Nothing in this clause limits the statutory rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, to the extent that such laws cannot be contractually excluded.

In the event of any dispute arising between you and pk098 in connection with these Terms or the Services, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a formal complaint via the pk098 live chat or by email to support@pk098.org. pk098 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to pk098's Compliance Manager, who will review the matter independently and provide a written determination within fourteen (14) business days.
3. Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following internal escalation, you may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by pk098's international gaming licence authority. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from the pk098 support team.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and pk098 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
